Q1. Can i go to the farm for viewing?

A1. Yes. Viewing is most welcome as we are a family ran business, my parents the breeders live near Deniliquin NSW. Sam and I are in Kilmore which is 1hr, 15 mins from Melbourne CBD. Viewing of the pups in NSW is from 6 weeks of age and up due to health regulations. We require a deposit on a selected pup from the litter before going to the farm.

Q2. How do i hold the pup?

A2. To hold the pup you choose from the photos we require a $100 deposit.

Q3. Can i have the pup held for me and pay the deposit in a few days.

A3. The pup is only on hold when you send a receipt of payment of the deposit through.

Q4. Can i place a deposit on 2 pups as i want to go to the farm and choose?

A4. We only accept a holding deposit on one pup. If you go to the farm and other pups have not got a holding deposit then you can choose from the available pups.

Q5. Is the micro chip reconsigned Australia wide?

A5. Yes. The micro chip is on a national data base, as this is our local council.

Q6. When can i pick up my pup?

A6. We normally meet in Bendigo once a wk to once a fortnight to bring the pups back to our Victorian base when they are 8 weeks old or older. I will be able to give you more details closer to the 8 week date.

Q7. When can the pup be on a flight?

A7. Due to animal law the pup needs to be 8 weeks old to be able to fly, this is for the health of the pup.

We do flights during the week normally on a Tuesday and I lodge your pup at Dogtainners around 11am.

Q8. What company and airline do you fly with?

A8. We use a company called Dogtainners, it is either a Virgin or Qantas flight.

Q9. Can you please give me details on what food the pup is used to and what you recommend and more details on the micro chip.

A9. After you have placed the deposit on the selected pup you want, we email you a care sheet outlining everything you need to know for your new family member.

Q10. What times and days can I pick up my pup from you in Kilmore?

A10. You can pick up your pup normally any time during the wk or on the wk ends, we are very flexiable.
